1. Who provides Apto
Apto is an app developed and published by Serhii Bets, a private individual (the "owner"). Contact: support@apto.blog.
By downloading, installing or using Apto you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. What Apto is
Apto is a study tool for Spain's driving licence theory exams (classes AM, A1, A2, A, B, BE, C1, C, C1E, CE, D1, D, D1E and DE) and for preparing ADR, CAP and points recovery. It includes practice tests, exam simulations in each category's format, theory, road signs, a glossary and progress tracking.
3. Apto is free
Apto is free: it has no in-app purchases, subscriptions or ads. If paid features are offered in the future, these Terms will be updated and we will tell you in the app beforehand; you will never be charged without your explicit acceptance in the app store.
4. Important notice about the content
Apto is not an official product of the Dirección General de Tráfico (DGT) and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by it.
- Questions and theory are original content, written from public legislation (the Traffic Act, the General Traffic Regulation, the General Drivers Regulation and other applicable rules). They do not reproduce official exam questions.
- We make a reasonable effort to keep the content correct and up to date, including legal reforms, but it may contain errors or become outdated. Article references are for guidance.
- Passing Apto's tests does not guarantee passing the official exam. Apto does not replace driving-school training or official sources.
- The app's exam formats follow the published rules; the exact number of questions or the time of a real exam may vary with current DGT instructions.
If you spot an error, write to us and we will review it.
5. Your account
Using Apto automatically creates an anonymous account. You can link it to your Google or Apple account to keep your progress. You are responsible for the security of your device. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
6. Acceptable use
You may not:
- copy, bulk-extract, redistribute or resell Apto's content (questions, theory, translations, design, brand);
- reverse engineer the app, except to the extent the law allows;
- interfere with the service or try to access other users' data.
7. Intellectual property
Apto's original content (questions, theory, translations, design and the "Apto" brand) belongs to the owner or its licensors. You receive a personal licence of use described in the End User License Agreement. The legal texts cited are in the public domain.
8. Availability
Apto works mostly offline. We may update, change or remove features and content, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
9. Liability
Apto is provided free of charge and "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for your exam results or for decisions you make based solely on the app's content without checking official sources.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example, for wilful misconduct or gross negligence) or the rights granted to you by consumer protection law.

How we process your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may change these Terms. We will tell you about relevant changes inside the app before they apply. If you do not agree with the new Terms, you can stop using Apto and delete your account.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. The courts of Valencia (Spain) have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, you may also go to the courts of your place of residence, as consumer law provides.
